Can I visit your shop?
We do not have a brick and mortar shop open to the public nor do we offer in-store order pick up.  While we would love to meet our customers face to face we are currently online only.

What size cuts to you offer?
All of our fabric is offered in increments of quarter yards and will be cut in continuous yardage.  If our inventory happens to be spread across one or more pieces we will contact you before shipping.  Depending on the manufacturer, bolts are offered in increments of 10 yards, 15 yards and 20 yards.  If you order a large quantity of fabric we will contact you to discuss the maximum continuous length available.

We also offer fat quarters!  If you are a sewing novice, you may be asking yourself, “what is a fat quarter”?  Different from a “long quarter” which is typically a 9” x 44” cut, a fat quarter is a half yard cut in half down the middle the “fat” way, giving you an 18” x 22” piece of fabric (in most quilting cottons).  Upholstery fabric and knits are typically wider at around 57” wide, so a fat quarter would be around 18” x 28.5”.  Here is a diagram to help explain visually:

What is your return/exchange policy?
We are unable to accept returns on cut yardage.  We take great care to pack each and every purchase exactly as ordered but if you find that we have made a mistake or if there is a problem with your fabric please do not hesitate to contact us, we will gladly help find a solution!  Please keep in mind that computer monitors and smart phone / tablet screens do not always depict colors exactly as they will appear in real life.

Swatch/sample policy
We understand shopping for fabric online can be tricky and we are more than happy to help with color and pattern matching advice.  If you would prefer to see fabric in person we can send up to 3 small swatches (approx. 4” x 4”) in the US at no charge.  More than 3 swatches and international requests will be charged a small shipping fee.  Please contact us for more information.

What are your regular shipping days?
We ship Monday thru Friday per the USPS holiday schedule.  Our processing time is 1-3 business days from the date you place your order.
